Nearly 50 public colleges and universities enrolled in NCAA Division 1 athletics have reported at least $100million in revenue for the 2022 fiscal year, led by Ohio State generating $252M. In addition to the Buckeyes, Texas, , and Georgia also reported earnings above $200M, according to data compiled by and The Knight-Newhouse Data project at Syracuse University. In all, 49 schools across the country generated a revenue stream of seven-figures over the last year or so. State came at the bottom of the list at $100.8M.
