Eating 80 per cent of your calories before 1pm could help stave off type 2 , according to a study.Researchers have discovered eating most of your food earlier in the day can improve blood sugar fluctuations and reduce the amount of time that blood sugar is above normal levels.The team, led by scientists from the New York University Grossman School of Medicine, recruited 10 people with obesity and high blood sugar levels for their study.
