Newborn puppy is rescued after being trapped in pipe 30ft underground

This is the moment a newborn puppy is rescued after being trapped in a pipe nine metres underground.

The tiny American Mastiff emerged unscathed following a tense two-and-a-half-hour rescue mission, during which rescuers fed down a drain camera to locate him.

A noose attached to the camera was looped around the pup and he was carefully winched to safety, as this incredible footage shows.
