Nine more Trump co-defendants still to be arrested in Georgia

Nine co-defendants in 's election fraud case have yet to turn themselves into the Fulton County jail as prepares to do so Thursday evening.

That number include Mark Meadows, Trump's then chief of staff, and Jeffrey Clark, a Justice Department lawyer - both of whom are fighting to have their cases moved to federal court from state court.

Both men have argued they are protected from state prosecution as an employee of the federal government.
