Non-verbal autistic boy, 4, and family face EVICTION from apartment

A family is facing eviction from their second-floor apartment because their autistic four year-old son loves jumping and making lots of noise, infuriating neighbors.

The child, Maverick Cusson, is a level three on the autism spectrum - the most severe classification available - and is non-verbal.

His father, Dylan Cusson, told that his son is 'very loving' and 'affectionate.'
