A Brooklyn man scored $10 million from a scratch-off ticket this week, just over a year after he won his first $10 million playing the New York Lottery.Wayne Murray claimed the jackpot Tuesday while playing the New York Lottery’s 200X scratch-off game, according to a press release. Last year, he won $10 million playing the Black Titanium game.Both winning tickets were miraculously purchased at the same gas station at 4102 Avenue H in Flatbush.
