NYU dropout, Dryden Brown, 27, has raised $19 million to build a new Mediterranean city 'for the future', Praxis, for 'people who want to build technology companies'.Brown is yet to secure a location for his company's flagship city, but promises it will have 'thousands of acres of Mediterranean canvas' and be a 'special economic zone'.Interested parties can apply for a 'steel visa' which would allow them to become a resident if the city is built, but the Praxis website warns they may then be asked to make a $5,000 deposit to 'move forward'.
