Oakland residents are seeking to oust the mayor over 'deplorable' levels of after the city's only In-N-Out Burger joint was forced to close due to rampant theft.The In-N-Out, located near a main route to and from the Oakland International Airport, announced it will close its doors in March. 'Despite taking repeated steps to create safer conditions, our customers and associates are regularly victimized by car break-ins, property damage, theft and armed robberies,' COO Denny Warnick said in a statement.
