Pennsylvania officials have apologised for a Halloween parade that featured a woman resembling Kamala Harris in shackles.Vision of the event in Mount Pleasant showed the woman, appearing to imitate the vice president, chained to the back of a float that was led by a person wearing a Trump mask."Y'all are disgusting," a woman can be heard saying in one video.
