Ousted UPenn board chair Scott Bok has insisted that deep-pocketed donors shouldn't dictate how universities are run, after his college's president stood down amid fury over her handling of anti-Semitism. Bok statement comes in the wake of in protest of the university's handling of the anti-Semitism crisis on campus.That saw former UPenn President Liz Magill quit earlier this month ahead of her anticipated firing, with Bok also standing down as donors closed their checkbooks. She'll remain as a tenured law professor at UPenn.
