New York's largest police union has condemned the release on bail of a teenage charged with shooting a police officer in the Bronx, saying that his treatment was 'why we have a crisis of violence in this city'.Camrin Williams, a 16-year-old aspiring rapper, shot Officer Kaseem Pennant, 27, in the leg during a scuffle in the Bronx on January 18.Williams - who was out on a 2020 probation for gun possession at the time - was immediately arrested and held in jail.
