A official has been seen for the first time since he was accused of running an illegal dog-fighting ring for 20 years - and electrocuting animals that didn't die in grim battles. Frederick Douglass Moorefield Jr., stepped out of his Maryland home in a white t-shirt, black baseball cap, and gray sweats following his arrest. He held brochures and letters as he exited his car. Moorefield was a deputy chief information officer in the Department of Defense when he hosted gamblers at his property in Arnold, , according to court documents.
