A real estate developer who's been nabbed for speeding six times in the past year has been identified as the BMW driver who struck and killed a 99-year-old Holocaust survivor in Brooklyn.
Pyotr Yadgarov, 52, was driving along Oriental Boulevard last Saturday about 4.45 p.m. when he struck Jack Mikulincer, who was riding his electric wheelchair to a nearby synagogue for Sabbath.
A search of Yadgarov's license plate revealed six tickets for driving too fast in school zones last year, the reported. Since 2020, the plate was linked to 10 speed camera tickets and four infractions for failing to stop at a red light, the outlet said.
