Staff at a high school 'stood and watched' as a student savagely struck a younger girl more than 80 times in less than a minute, a $2million lawsuit from the victim's mother claims.
Lannette Kali filed the suit against Portland Public Schools on behalf of her 15-year-old daughter, Dania Kali, who was brutally beaten by an unidentified older student at Roosevelt High School in February.
Her helpless daughter was hit, kicked, slapped and grabbed in the school hallway, leaving her with a concussion, two black eyes, headaches, a swollen nose, nausea and vision problems - all while staff members looked on, 'declining to intervene,' the suit, obtained by DailyMail.com, said.
