Prince Harry shrugged off the storm over his latest US TV interview as he shared fist bumps with competitors at the Invictus Games.

The claimed that he was 'protecting' the Queen and making sure she has the 'right people around her' in an NBC Today show interview, where he opened up about his and Meghan's visit with Her Majesty.

His remarks were branded a 'gross insult' to and and came despite him and wife Meghan sensationally quitting royal duties and moving to California - a move that plunged the royal family into chaos.
