Quebec's Ministry of Health and Social Services apologized after it accidentally tweeted out a link to a Pornhub video instead of a government site with data. The Canadian agency, which has more than 103,000 followers, tweeted a link to foot-fetish porn on Thursday - and more than a half-hour passed before officials corrected the error.The ministry later tweeted: 'Due to a situation beyond our control, a link with inappropriate content was posted on our Twitter account. We are looking for the causes. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'
