A Brooklyn man accused of killing an 86-year-old man and injuring three others in a shooting spree while riding a scooter around was arraigned on murder charges from his hospital bed on Monday.Thomas Abreu, 25, kept closing his eyes during the video hearing that was streamed to his bed from Queens Criminal Court, and at times came across as incoherent, blurting out 'I think they wanted to kill me or murder.'After Abreu was taken into custody on Saturday, he allegedly told police that there were people out to get him, prosecutors said.
