Rachel Morin's family send letters to high schools pleading for help

The family of have sent letters to high schools in in their desperate pursuit to identify her killer.

The victim's family have sent letters to five high schools in LA where the suspect was caught on surveillance video leaving a home after allegedly committing a separate earlier this year.

Morin had gone for a walk on the Ma and Pa hiking trail in Bel Air, some 45 miles north of Baltimore on August 5 around 6pm but failed to return home that evening and was soon reported missing.
