Rebel Wilson SUED after accusing The Deb producers of blocking film

is being sued for defamation after accusing the producers of her new film The Deb of blocking the movie from premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival in September.

This week Wilson, 44, her movie was set to premiere on the closing night of the 2024 TIFF, but claimed producers Amanda Ghost and Gregor Cameron and executive producer Vince Holden are trying to prevent the comedy's debut at the prestigious event.

She also accused the producers of 'bad behavior' on set, embezzling funds from the film and branding them 'vile and disgusting'. In turn the producers of Wilson's film have claimed the allegations are 'false'.
