Republicans on Monday threatened to hold Attorney General in contempt of if he does not hand over more materials in the investigation of President Biden's classified documents. Oversight Chairman James Comer and Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan claimed that Garland had handed over an 'insufficient production' of materials and warned they might move forward with contempt if he does not provide the rest of the documents by April 8. Along with Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith, R-Mo., they have subpoenaed transcripts, notes, audio and video files, largely related to Hur's interviews with Biden where he concluded the president has a 'poor memory.'
