Nicholas Alahverdian, 34 - who has assumed several aliases - lived quietly abroad for nearly two years after feigning terminal cancer and faking his own death February 29, 2020. In a self-written , he claimed his ashes were scattered at sea. Canadian food writer and TV star Nafsika Antypas, 44, tells DailyMail.com that shortly before his 'death,' Alahverdian moved abroad under the name Arthur Brown and began scamming her out of about $30,000US ($40,000CAD), all while his friends mourned his purported passing.
