America's so-called 'Great Migration' appears to be waning as the share of homebuyers looking to relocate fell to its lowest level in 18 months.Some 23.9 percent of buyers were looking to move to another town or city in November, down from a high of 26 percent over the summer, according to a new report by property portal.It comes after droves of residents in in search of lower taxes and cheaper living costs.
