Parts of Southern are expected to be hit with heavy rain, thunderstorms and a possible tornado as the Golden State braces for the largest rainstorm since August when tropical storm Hillary touched down.San Francisco has already experienced downpours and issued flood advisories with rain there expected to lighten up after Wednesday.The National Weather Service said that the storm is expected to bring two to four inches of rain along the coasts and valleys until Friday, and maybe even Saturday morning.
