South Carolina's Attorney General has said it's 'time to move on' from 's double homicide case after a judge for a retrial. Murdaugh's defense team argued that jurors were influenced by controversial clerk Becky Hill - but Judge Jean Toal shot this down, ruling yesterday that a new trial is not needed.SC AG Alan Wilson has agreed with the ruling, saying it's 'clear' that Murdaugh's convictions for the murders of his wife and son are based 'solely upon the facts and evidence of the case'. However, Murdaugh can appeal this decision.
