Stockton Rush revealed he's 'broken some rules to make' lost Titan sub

boss Stockton Rush previously spoke about 'breaking rules' to build the missing Titan submersible, newly emerged footage has shown.

In the clip, Rush is shown giving a tour of the small 22-foot vessel to Mexican actor Alan Estrada, who once travelled to the Titanic on the sub that is currently the subject of a massive search operation in the depths of the Atlantic ocean.

Rush, who is lost on the vessel, is seen telling Estrada about the seven-inch thick acrylic window that is mounted on the front of the Titan to give those inside a view of the famous wreckage that lies 12,500 feet below the ocean surface.
