A Republican prosecutor who previously promised to combat Cincinnati's violent problem has indicted a smoke shop worker for allegedly shooting dead a 16-year-old suspect during a robbery attempt.Tony Thacker, 29, is accused of firing the fatal shots at a fleeing Travis Johnson on October 20, spurring Hamilton County's Melissa Powers to hand down his indictment on Tuesday. In a statement explaining the decision, the supposedly tough-on-crime prosecutor insisted 'there [was] simply no justification for shooting at someone as they [were] running away.'
