Stuart Seldowitz, the former Obama administration security adviser who harassed an Upper East Side street vendor in November, has agreed to complete anti-bias training in exchange for prosecutors dropping the hate charges he faced. Seldowitz appeared in New York County Criminal Court on Wednesday with his attorney but said nothing throughout the brief hearing. Judge Beverly Tatham agreed to prosecutors' request that he should be forced to complete a six-month 'anti-bias program' at Queens Counseling for Change.
