Student loan borrowers were facing long wait times and website glitches as millions raced to resume repayments this week after a three-year hiatus.Graduates looking to speak with the companies servicing their loans, including Nelnet, EdFinancial and Mohela, to organize repayment terms or work out what was due reported being unable to speak with agents or log in to online portals.The resumption of student loan repayments on October 1 marked the end of an interest-free pause designed to relieve stress on roughly 28 million borrowers caused by the pandemic.
