1000-Lb. Sisters star Tammy Slaton has opened up about the every day activities she can finally do 'comfortably' on her incredible journey.

In the first episode of the new season of the popular TLC show, the 38-year-old admitted , but detailed how much her life has changed since she went to an obesity rehab center in and started losing weight.

Speaking to the camera, Tammy explained: 'Now that I've lost so much weight, I'm able to do things that I never would have been able to do. I think people do take the small things for granted. Being able to cross your legs and put your shoes on... I'm able to sit comfortably on the toilet, I've never been able to do that.'
