The head of the powerful Teamsters joint council is vowing that 'sociopath' can't win in his state, hours after the national union's stunning decision to issue a non-endorsement that Donald Trump claimed as a win.

'Our phones have been blowing up all night long about what the hell did they do,' Michigan Teamsters president Kevin Moore told DailyMail.com amid intrigue about what the split could mean for one of the key electoral prizes of the election.

'This Donald Trump sociopath cannot survive in Michigan,' he said.
