police have arrested and charged an 18-year-old over a high-speed that saw the high-powered BMW he was driving slam into a Nissan SUV at 151 mph, killed all six passengers inside.
Investigators arrested Noah Galle, of Wellington, on Wednesday, alleging he was responsible for the January 27 crash in Delray Beach that killed Mirlaine Julceus, 45, Filaine Dieu, 46, Vanice Percina, 29, Remize Michel, 53, and Marie Louis as drove home from work at the Pero Family Farms.
Galle, who was 17 at the time, faces six counts of vehicular homicide, with police yet to determine whether he will face the charges as an adult or a juvenile.
