He may have been born in Czechoslovakia, but tennis legend Ivan Lendl has spent the better part of the last 40 years living in , where he's now sold his 18,000-square-foot mansion for $12 million.As reported by, the sale took place last week in Litchfield County, which is tucked into the northwest corner of the country's 48th largest state.It was built for he and his wife in 1992 by architect Allan Greenberg, although Lendl first moved to Greenwich, Connecticut eight years earlier when he was still the top-ranked men's tennis player in the world.
