But, let’s be clear, oat milk really is everywhere.According to the most recent statistics from market research company Mintel, a third of people in the UK now drink plant-based milk – and oat is the most popular. In 2020, Mintel said Britons spent £146 million on oat milk, up from £74 million the year before. You’d imagine that number has only grown.
