Small business owner Danny Reynolds pays so much in credit card fees it amounts to the equivalent of a starting employee's salary.
Reynolds, who has run Stephenson's of Elkhart, a clothing store in Elkhart, , for 28 years, would love to hire more employees, but skyrocketing credit card charges are making it impossible.
