Theranos fraudster Elizabeth Holmes has fired back after prosecutors claimed she made an 'attempt to flee the country' by purchasing a one-way ticket to departing soon after her conviction last year.In a court filing on Monday, Holmes' legal team accused prosecutors of 'recklessly and incorrectly' making false statements to the court in their motion last week opposing her release pending appeal.Holmes, 38, is set to report to federal prison on April 27 to begin serving an 11-year sentence, but is seeking release on bail as she appeals her January 2022 conviction for duping investors in her bogus medical testing technology.
