The Tennessee Democrat expelled from the House of Representatives over a bullhorn gun protest is set to be reinstated.Justin Jones was booted from the legislature last week after leading a protest from the House floor where he used a loudhailer to lead chants from anti-gun activists in the public gallery.As Jones represented Nashville, the city's Metropolitan Council is responsible for selecting a lawmaker to take his seat. Twenty-three members of the 40-seat chamber confirmed today that they will hold an emergency meeting Monday where they plan to vote him back to the House.
