A lawmaker gave a head-scratching history lesson on Adolf Hitler's journey from vagrant to a 'life that got him in the history books' during a debate over a proposed bill that would criminalize homelessness. State Senator Frank Niceley, 75, brought up the mastermind behind the genocide that killed six million Jews and countless others during World War II as his reason for supporting the GOP-sponsored bill, which makes camping in public places a felony. 'For two years, Hitler lived on the streets and practiced his oratory and his body language and how to connect with the masses. And then went on to lead a life that got him in the history books,' Nicely said.
