The plump-lipped owner of an upscale boutique in South Carolina has been arrested for the 11th time after she allegedly scammed customers from all over the state.

Pamela Brooke Schronce, the owner of Thomas and Turner Boutique in Belton, was locked up again on Monday, after a victim filed a report on December 10 claiming that they ordered $360 worth of products but never received their items from the Boutique, according to officials.

The 30-year-old was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center and snapped a mugshot - a picture that the blonde has gotten familiar with.
