WWE star Gabbi Tuft has opened up about her 'frustrating' struggle to lose muscle mass to help her achieve a more 'feminine' physique. San Francisco-born Gabbi, 45, after her years-long professional wrestling job fighting as dreadlocked gladiator Tyler Reks. During the height of her fighting career, the athlete weighed 280 pounds and had just six to eight per cent of fat on her. However, since transitioning, Gabbi has shed 100 pounds and gained fat to help give her the body she desired.
