Trevor Noah, the host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” has been selected to provide the entertainment for this year’s returning White House Correspondents’ Association dinner.The usually annual event is scheduled for April 30 — the first time the dinner will be held since 2019 due to safety concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. “Trevor is an incredible talent who keeps us laughing — and thinking — four nights a week,” WHCA president Steven Portnoy of CBS News Radio said in a statement. “We can’t wait for him to help bring our 100-year Washington tradition ‘Back to Abnormal.’”
