Former President 's attorney, Alina Habba, claimed E. Jean Carroll achieved 'fame if not fortune' by accusing him of sexually assaulting her. Last year, a jury found Trump liable for sexually attacking Carroll in a department store dressing room in the 1990s. She is now facing cross examination as part of a trial to determine what damages Trump owes her for defamatory comments where he branded her a 'liar' and called the allegations a 'con job' and a 'hoax'.
