Trump shuns the glitzy ex-presidencies of Obamas and Clintons

Donald Trump has shunned the money-making schemes of other former first families including the Obamas and Clintons in favor of flogging vast numbers of lower-priced items or experiences to his hardcore fanbase.

The former president has bolstered his coffers thanks to his $75 coffee table book - complete with waspish captions he wrote himself - as well as a $100-a-ticket tour with Bill O'Reilly, as well as other lucrative meet-and-greet events.

That stands in stark contrast to the Obamas and Clintons, who've both managed to make fortunes while keeping clear of the masses who elected them.
