chief Jens Stoltenberg is set to announce today that 'most' of the military alliance's members are on track to hit its spending target of two percent of GDP.His address comes after US presidential hopeful rattled NATO by threatening to encourage Russia to attack countries that are not paying enough.According to three officials cited by the Financial Times, Stoltenberg will say 18 out of NATO's 31 members will meet the spending target this year, up from 11 in 2023.
