has warned it is about to strike 'intelligence infrastructure' in Kyiv and told civilians living near military buildings to evacuate, sparking fears of a dramatic escalation in its bombardment of the capital after a 40-mile convoy of tanks and artillery were pictured snaking towards the city.
The strikes will target Ukraine's security service and intelligence agencies with 'precision munitions', Moscow's defence ministry claimed, though after the cities of Kharkiv, Mariupol and Kherson were hit by indiscriminate shelling earlier in the day, there are serious concerns that Kyiv has been lined up to suffer next.
