Up to one third of people who think they have a healthy weight may actually be obese, a study suggests. researchers, who examined data on 3,001 people, found around a quarter of men and nearly four in ten women who had a 'healthy' body mass index (BMI) had so much body fat that they should be classed as obese. As a result, millions who believe their size is not cause for concern may be at risk of weight-related conditions such as type 2 , the experts warned.
