The US army secretly reversed a policy preventing them from carrying out brutal weapons tests on dogs, cats and other animals, PETA has claimed.The change that gave the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) explicit permission to carry out formerly banned tests may have been made as early as 2020, but was done in secret.Now, following a Freedom of Information Request made by PETA in March, the Army have refused to disclose any information regarding those tests.
