The man who threw himself to his death from the deck of the Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas in May has been identified as a highly decorated retired military veteran with PTSD.

A newly-released incident report from the Miami-Dade Police department reveals that the couple from Gaston, South Carolina, had a fight in their cabin shortly before he disappeared 300 miles off the Florida coast.
