Marlo Spaeth - who had worked at a Walmart in Manitowoc, , for 16 years before she was let go seven years ago - had already been awarded $300,000 in damages by a jury.The latest decision by a federal judge comes after a lengthy court battle of more than five years between Spaeth, whose lawsuit was filed by U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Walmart, the largest U.S.-based private employer.
