A woman who suffers from Crohn's disease and had to have her butt removed has shared the gruesome details of what it's really like to 'not have an anus anymore.'Maggie Tretton, 29, from Philadelphia, developed severe abdominal pain and diarrhea when she was only eight years old, and was soon diagnosed with the inflammatory bowel disease.In 2019, after years of living with immense discomfort every time she used the bathroom, Maggie underwent a procedure known as a proctocolectomy - in which doctors took out her rectum, anus, and colon.
