Women interviewing for jobs at ' private office were routinely asked inappropriate questions including whether they'd ever 'danced for dollars' or contracted sexually transmitted diseases, according to some former candidates cited by today. The women say they interviewed for jobs at Gates Ventures but were screened by Concentric Advisors, a contractor hired by the organization to vet candidates. The purpose of the questioning was to weed out any candidates who may expose Gates, one of the world's richest men, to exploitation or blackmailing, according to the report.
